Physical Massage Therapy

Although this may sound lovely do not plan to thoroughly enjoy physical therapy for rotator cuff injury just because it is labeled sweetly with the word massage. This type of massage is usually fairly deep and painful but does serve a great purpose in manipulating the tendons and muscle groups in the shoulder area that may need to be relaxed before they can be worked into a regimen.

Although this type of injury can be easy to overdo, it can also be much easier on a patient with this type of injury to complete. Because of the buoyancy of the water, this will make limbs seem lighter and can make them easier to lift. Flexibility can also be extended if you are in a warm water situation. Do not allow this seemingly easy physical therapy for rotator cuff injury to push you beyond the personal limitations you know that you have.
