When I started the physiotherapy for my rotator cuff tear, my physiotherapist showed me few exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff and told me the ultrasound is just to ease the pain, but the exercises for rotator cuff are the important treatment.

Lazy as I was, I didn’t really pay attention to what he told me, and soon after the physiotherapy ended I started feeling worse and worse again.

I couldn’t move my shoulder as I used to, I couldn’t sleep on the right side and I couldn’t even move my computer mouse with my right hand (Yes, I’m using the left hand now…).
