I’m Molly and I live in Toronto, Canada.

I work as an insurance agent in one of the big insurance agencies.

My goal is to heal my rotator cuff pain in 6 weeks with exercises for rotator cuff strengthening and stretching exercises, all taken from The Rotator Cuff Training Kit.
